About TECXWORK
A purpose-built platform for hiring events and the work that follows them.
What TECXWORK is
TECXWORK is a web platform that powers in-person and online hiring events. It pairs candidates with recruiters from participating companies and runs the whole event end to end: browsing companies, viewing open positions, applying for an interview at a specific time slot, and confirming the booking with both sides by email and in-app notification.
For recruitment agencies it goes further than the event. The same record carries through a pipeline to the offer, the placement, the invoice and the compliance file — see how it works.
Who it's for
- Candidates — build a profile, browse companies, and book interview slots in one click.
- Recruiters — post jobs, review applications, and accept, waitlist, or reject candidates with atomic slot locking so two interviewers never collide on the same time.
- Event organizers / admins — control the event mode, moderate jobs, manage participants, send reminders, and export bookings.
Where it works
There are three parties: the employer who hires, the partner who sources, and the candidate. Nothing in the platform assumes which country each one is in, so the same system works whichever way people move.
What is country-specific comes from where the operator is licensed rather than from a route we assumed — business tax, fees quoted in months of salary, residence and work permit types. We kept those specific on purpose. A compliance feature that hedges is one that fails an audit.
Origin
TECXWORK was built by TECXMATE in partnership with the Vietnamese Student Association in Taiwan (VSATW) for the V-GEN TRIDENT career fair. That was the first corridor it ran, not the shape of the product: the platform was generalised from it into something any operator can run their own hiring on.

TECXWORK is designed to comply with Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act (PIPA / PDPA) and Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP. To provide you with ongoing career support and optimize your experience for future events, we maintain your profile so you don't have to rebuild it.
